Dekalb Avenue

There are many new condo and loft developments being developed on Dekalb Avenue. Most of the new developments are surrounded by some of the best areas of Intown Atlanta. Little Five Points, Candler Park, Inman Park Village, Grant Park and East Atlanta Village are all close to the hot spot for new homes. Most of the businesses along DeKalb Ave are commercial and light industrial. There are a few restaurants with a lot more to choose from on nearby streets. Downtown is only minutes away via vehicle or the Edgewood/Candler Park MARTA rail station.
